Speaking of tradition, I bake challah every Friday before Shabbat begins. Shabbat is a day of rest from sundown on Friday evening to sundown on Saturday. There is no technology, work, cooking, or cleaning. Just relaxing and spending time with your family. I love Shabbat because it is so peaceful and simple.
