• I am so grateful for my internship. Being surrounded by clothing truly sparks my creativity. It is so inspiring to be around so many people who love fashion. This was a small fashion show. I loved seeing so many new garments for the Fall/Winter season.

  • I will always love SMU Football, but I’m a USC Fan at heart. It’s my hometown and brings back a lot of amazing and special childhood memories.

  • I use cooking as an outlet to relieve stress, anxiety, and even boredom. I missed home one day, so decided to try making matzo ball soup. It was not nearly as good as my mom’s, but I tried my best. It was a fun activity for the day. However, I can’t wait to go home to my mom’s cooking soon!

  • I live by myself for the first time this year and sometimes it gets very lonely. Having stuffed animals makes it less difficult.

  • This was an exhibit at the DMA. I went for my Visual Styling Class. All of my classes make me a more creative, innovative, and more well-rounded person. I would have never gone to this amazing exhibit if it was not for my class, and for that I am thankful.

  • I talk to my boyfriend on the phone everyday. He makes me feel loved and safe.

  • I read this every night. It is a prayer book gifted to me. I read it every night before bed. It calms me down and gives me peace.

  • This is my foster dog. His name is Sammy. He inspires my creativity because I walk him twice a day. Walking him forces me to get off of my phone, out of my apartment, and be in nature.

  • This is where I intern every Tuesday and Thursday. Being around clothes and my co-workers truly spark my creativity. I love being in an environment that feels collaborative and supportive. I feel so lucky I am able to intern here.

  • My biggest creative block are all of the what ifs. What is it doesn’t;t turn out the way I want it to? What if I don’t like it? What if it doesn’t work? What if other people don’t like it? What if it I disappoint myself? What if all my hard work goes down the drain? What if I fail?
